Handcrafted gelato cakes made to order for birthdays, anniversaries, and every occasion worth celebrating. We build every cake layer by layer in our Round Rock kitchen, using the same scratch-made gelato you'll find in our display case. No soft-serve filler, no premade bases, no shortcuts.
